I had strained my back to the point where I could not stand up straight or sit without pain. After my evaluation with Joshua Shoaf, he explained the muscles causing the pain using diagrams and pictures. I found this very informative which helped me understand the exercises that would relieve and strengthen the muscles. Because my medical insurance required authorization for treatment, Josh provided some home exercises to help relieve some of the pain while we waited for approval. It all started with a kind voice calling to make my first appointment for PT. Miss Tam was very helpful and polite. Beth and Josh are very professional, caring and spot on. Together, they guided me through six weeks of therapy, which allowed me to regain use of my "new" knee. PT is not something anyone looks forward to, but they made it pleasurable and positive. I highly recommend them for all types of physical therapy. Thanks to all!

A true Godsend!! Ms. Tamara doesn't just welcome you; she really makes you feel welcome, like a friend and/or family (They all do). I will be stopping in for a "chat fix" as often as I can. My PT was like going to a workout with friends. You worked hard, but had fun doing it. Beth, Josh, Morgan, and Alfred truly do care about their patients. Even if they're not your actual therapist, they still offer encouragement and cheer when you reach your goals. I’ve been dealing with pain for so long I thought it was normal until I started going here. Now I feel amazing and can clean and have fun with my kids without hurting. I recommend this place to everyone I see!
