From the first phone call to make an appointment, I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of this group. They were wonderful with health insurance and worked with me financially when I had no more insurance-approved visits. Joshua Shoaf is great. Very down-to-earth and tremendously helpful with advice and guidance for regaining my physical abilities. I am very glad to have found this place and, though I hope to never need PT again, this will be my go-to if I am ever in need again.
My wife Linda Talley had Rotator Cuff Surgery and went to Complete Rehab for Physical Therapy and is healing nicely. The staff was very professional, friendly and helped her recover and the surgeon was well pleased and said she was ahead with healing. Thank you everyone, Linda
The staff are excellent! From the front desk( the nicest multi -tasker you'll ever meet), to Josh, Winnie and Matt, so professional but personal. I really appreciate the attention I was given for my specific need. Challenging therapy but it was all worth it! Thank you all for being a great support team! Highly recommend!!
Therapists are wonderful. However, there is something very broken on the front end. I left my last session being told that paperwork was being sent to my insurance company to get approval for more visits and that someone would contact me. That was over 2 months ago. I finally received a paper from my insurance company regarding the denial. Then I thought about contacting Compleat Rehab to voice my feelings on the lack of communication, but decided that it was not work my energy as they obviously did not seem to care about cu... read more
