Lack of communication & my son constantly came home with scratch’s and bruises at one point with no incident reports attached.
My child has been going to this clinic for the past 2.5 years and he is doing amazing. He loves this place and we love this place. The staffs are super nice and the front desk staffs are amazing communicating about the schedule changes and upcoming events. The therapists are super friendly with the kids and kids seem to enjoy them. Overall a very positive atmosphere in the clinic.
My child goes here and the therapists working with him are really good
