Good starting quality that has been improving weekly as our team learn how to handle the challenges of the cloud based management system. Our IT person is quick to respond, understands our lay terms when describing problems, and solves it quickly. He is also very helpful to integrate new lab equipment into our management system. It is an excellent value for the cost.
Denesh and his crew came in to our utter disaster that was our network. Within 4 hours he had us back and running and we have been able to maintain 99.9 percent uptime since then. Absolutely recommend them.
