I hope attorneys stop working with this company! They are unorganized and constatnly contact offices even after records have been sent!

Attorney offices, if you want your records, please request them from the facilities yourself, this place is horrible & harasses the offices. Their communication is horrible within each other, multiple people will call about the exact same thing, even after the offices have been in contact with someone. Please just request records yourself as this company is a nightmare & stressful to work with.

I had a question about an invoice and was first hung up on. When I called back and got back to her, she said she didn't now what happened and transferred me to who I needed to talk to about the invoice. I then proceeded to be on hold for over two (2) hours. The phone then rang and I was told "Sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to process your call."
