I hope attorneys stop working with this company! They are unorganized and constatnly contact offices even after records have been sent!
Attorney offices, if you want your records, please request them from the facilities yourself, this place is horrible & harasses the offices. Their communication is horrible within each other, multiple people will call about the exact same thing, even after the offices have been in contact with someone. Please just request records yourself as this company is a nightmare & stressful to work with.
