The staff was amazingly helpful. It was my first time shopping here. It is a slightly different process. There is a small show room with a very large warehouse. You find your items on the computer and “order” the items. Then the employees transfer that order to the warehouse. Then you can try things on and go purchase them. The employees walked me through every step. Great merchandise and great prices.

Recently purchased a bike from Competitive Cyclist. Customer service was fantastic with Steve Hovey keeping me updated on the process and answering questions I had. Bike came earlier than expected and with the nice surprise of being set up tubeless which I did not expect. Would do business with this company again.
