Unfortunately, I paid for next day shipping which was an additional $30. The team disregarded my select option for next day shipping and shipped it via standard shipping. After I called to confirm that it was for sure going to be to me the next day when they replied, yes we will for sure get that to you by tomorrow. Beware of their email and text sign-up "deals." I provided my contact info specifically for a 15% off promo code to buy a set of pedals. At checkout, the code wouldn't apply. When I reached out to chat support, they told me the pedals were already marked down, so the code didn't stack. The problem? They conveniently failed to mention these exclusions before harvesting my email and phone number. It is a classic bait-and-switch. This is not the same company since they were acquired by Back Country. The product knowledge of their agents is poor—do not expect knowledgeable recommendations from real cyclists. Likewise, they no longer stand behind the products they sell. I have had terrible experiences with their support for very expensive products they have sold to me. If they sell you something that does not work out once you get on the bike, you are SOL. You are better off buying from Amazon or manufacturer direct.

Absolutely incredible service! My bike arrived quickly, was packaged extremely well, and was easy to finish assembling. Everything worked perfectly except for one component that wasn't functioning properly. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded immediately. They quickly started the warranty process and shipped a replacement part without any hassle. They have taken care of everything from start to finish. Once they got acquired by Backcountry, they were ruined from the standard of excellence that they earned from founding to exit. They still have a decent selection of stuff, and their prices are basically reasonable, but service is spotty, same day shipping is a gamble, the website is crude at best, and they don't live up to their promise in any meaningful way.
