To be clear, this is not a bike “shop” this is simply a warehouse where you can order at the front and purchase a boxed bike.
They are now adding a "Worry Free" deliver fee to every order without customer consent. This is a deceptive practice that can result in unnecessary additional cost if you miss it.

The staff was amazingly helpful. It was my first time shopping here. It is a slightly different process. There is a small show room with a very large warehouse. You find your items on the computer and “order” the items. Then the employees transfer that order to the warehouse. Then you can try things on and go purchase them. The employees walked me through every step. Great merchandise and great prices.
Absolutely great service experience. For myself, it's my first class go to bike shop.
