Had an appointment, went to the virtual waiting room like last time. Waited 40 minutes, i called, left message. Totally blew me off, and never called me back or gave an explanation.
Trying to get a renewal. Scheduled an appointment, waited in the virtual waiting room for 1 hr. I've called, left messages, emailed, and no answer. It's unbelievable. The first visit went so well. I do not understand why they won't help out any return patients.
Great company with very knowledgeble staff. The doctor was very informative and went over some of my concerns. The process was very interesting. They have their own app where you sign up and follow instructions. After this just create a Utah ID account and the doctor submits your application to Utah Department of Health
