My experience has been that concerns were not taken seriously, communication was lacking, and it felt like protecting the company came before focusing on the individual’s best interests. Does not care about your family and WILL NOT reach out regarding any issues or health related issues. You will find out they love to spend your loved ones money for them, send them to hospitals without your knowledge and will 100% move your loved ones FAR away from family and friends Audra is by far the worst “companion” there is and is by no means compassionate.
