The combination of acupuncture and cranio sacral work is extremely powerful. Barbara has an amazing gift for being able to feel and release restrictions in the body to provide permanent relief. I had tried traditional Chinese acupuncture without much success. Then upon recommendation from a friend, I found Compassionate Acupuncture and Healing Arts in Durham. I've been seeing Barbara for many years now. Her cranio-sacral approach has provided me significant relief of back, neck, and shoulder pain. I highly recommend Compassionate Acupuncture for anyone suffering from chronic pain issues!
Fantastic acupuncture and craniosacral work! I have been seeing 38+ doctors for my TMJD for 13+ years, and Barbara and John are the best that I have found! I've been seeing them for four years --- even coming from out of town to get treatments (before I moved here). I feel a difference in my whole body immediately after a session and at least a week afterwards (if not longer)!
