First and last time I will use compass as not at fault claim.. I should have just used my hire car option with my insurance. Lots to improvements to their customer service needed and also upgrading their old fleet of cars

The most unprofessional useless car rental agency I've ever experienced. Car in repairs at landrover and this is who they use for their replacement cars. Received a car that smelt like cigarettes on the Monday afternoon - I have a 9 month old. Called multiple times Tuesday morning was told I would receive a call back and never did. Called over 6 times on the Tuesday as we had medical appointments to attend to and could not put my child in a car that smelt like cigarettes Had to call on Wednesday multiple times with no answer... read more

Abhorrent communication. Vehicle received with no petrol and damage. Not a like for like replacement.

We received excellent customer service throughout our experience. Following an incident that was not our fault, Compass promptly assisted us by arranging a replacement vehicle. They also organised an Uber, allowing us to collect the vehicle without any issues. After the insurance settlement was finalised, Compass collected the vehicle smoothly and without any hassle. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. Thank you, Compass, for such outstanding customer service.
