Paid her $500 a few months ago and then she disappeared with no way to get a hold of her. Her business, Compass Tax Solutions appears to be no more. Hope she's o.k., but if she is, then please give me my money back.
Closed up shop stole money
Have used them for years but the last few months they haven’t answered phone calls or emails. Now it seems all of their phone numbers have been disconnected.
this company is very bad with communication with their clients. They never answer their phones and take forever to respond to emails and they haven’t answered any of my questions with the email responses. It should’ve been a red flag with how long it took them to answer me to give them my paperwork to file my taxes. I will never use this company again or recommend this company to anyone.
I have used Compass Tax for 3-4 years without issue until recently. I paid them $3,500 I’m September 2023 and since November of 2023 they have stopped answering phone calls or emails. I haven’t been able to get any updates on my case since paying them the money to work my case. I since have filed a complaint with the BBB & the Florida Attorney General Office.
