I would not trust David Hansen with 5 dollars of my own money, he missed the deadline to answer a civil complaint after asking the court that he needed an extension for more time to reply to the complaint. My case number is 51CIV23-001331 if you want to see the truth for yourself I think the judge felt sorry for this office, and because of David Hansens unexperience in civil matters.I don't think a Judge will feel sorry for him a second time, with your money!!
We had a wonderful experience with Compass Rose Law Firm for updating our living trust. My experience with Compass Rose was stress-free and positive. Mr. Hansen and his staff are very knowledgeable. I had Dave work on my trust some time ago. He is very well versed with South Dakota trust law, estate planning, and wills. I recommend him to all my friends for their trusts. Would definitely send anyone I know his way for business planning as well. The only problem I have is that Google doesn’t provide a 6-star option for Compass Rose.
