I've never felt more comfortable in a medical office-from Lori, Laura, Leah, Escarleth, Brisha and Katie, this entire team is knowledgeable, approachable and empathetic. Their thirst for staying on top of all things medical is inspiring and their treatments\therapies are fantastic! These ladies are jewels and exactly what the lowcountry needs. I cannot recommend Compass Rose enough!

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere and aesthetic of the business is absolutely STUNNING! They offer such a wide variety of services from Primary Care to Wellness. I think what the business stands for is ideal for anyone wanting to get a better handle on their health and wellness! I absolutely LOVED the Float Tank! What an awesome service for mental and physical wellbeing! So excited to try all the other services!
