I recently encountered one of the least satisfactory public notaries in British Columbia, Alex Luk, who refused to notarize a legal document, insisting that it was unnecessary. Consequently, I had to seek the services of another notary, where I successfully completed the notarization without any issues, and at a lower cost. This experience was a frustrating waste of my time and energy. I would advise anyone in need of notary services to avoid the Compass Notary office.
