Compass mortgage seen that my wife and I were young and totally took advantage of us and out money! They pre approved us almost immediately which makes u so hopeful and excited! We found the perfect house, put earnest money down, paid for inspection and waited four months for them to finally tell us that never mind we weren’t approved.
