I told them that I no longer wanted the furniture if they could not replace or repair when it was convenient for me. They sent a delivery driver to my home after we had discussed a time, I would be home. After I called and asked for someone else to come out they stated they could not come out a second time. Black people stay away from Lou Ripper Compass Furniture I had damaged furniture that was delivered and asked for a replacement - after Compass Furniture not agreeing to a replacement I asked to come and pick up the furniture. They sent a delivery truck to my home and knew I was not home (we discussed a time that I would be home) they intentionally sent drivers to my home knowing I was not home and then stated "we can not come back out" Also Lou Ripper states on the phone "if this was a black company ... read more
This fucking furniture store pissing me off. First , of all the ppl never told me the furniture was on back order because I would’ve never order it. I order my furniture June the 2nd and it’s almost October and still no furniture. Ever time I call they sound like Charlie Brown a bunch of bull shit. It’s not that much of COVID - 19 that I can’t get my furniture. Never again
