It is incredible the lack of professionalism and this regard for the customer this company demonstrates . “Matt” tells you how good he is in the seminar but when it comes to truly work he is not even capable of keeping in order his calendar to be on time to meetings and appointments. How can I trust with my money a company I can not trust to set an appointment and keep , it instead of just calling and saying Matt is late and he would not even be sorry or give an apology ?
