I use compass, because nfcu does not have local branches anywhere except near bases. I've never had problems. There's never a charge and it's usually nobody in front of me or maybe one person really quick and fast.
I really like this credit union. Ladies are always a joy to chat with. The few gentlemen that I have met are super nice as well.
