I was very impressed with the administrative side of Compass - they came back to me quickly and followed up all my queries. Also I was very impressed with the Advocacy service who represented me at the intial CHC meeting and then at the DST meeting. Thanks to Compass we managed to secure Continual Healthcare Funding for my Mum which I certainly don't think I would have managed to do on my own. Very pleased and recommend them highly.

After a challenging year of working through the painful appeals process to obtain fully funded nursing care for my ailing mother, with the professional guidance and support of Compass CHC, we eventually 'won' our appeal at the final hearing - the NHS Independent Review Panel stage.
