Shawn Thompson is the only public adjuster I would ever recommend. As an insurance agent I have seen where many public adjusters can be dishonest and end up hurting the homeowner more than helping. However, Shawn is the exact opposite. He is honest, knowledgeable, and has always shown integrity every time I have referred him. Highly recommend using Compass! We worked with Travis and he was able to get us coverage for a full roof replacement. He was very responsive and managed all communications with the insurance company on our behalf. He's also a genuinely nice person.
