Outdoor blind came out of track after a few months of installing, we contacted the company with a response that they will fix it. It was a lie and did not respond after that. They hung up on every call, extremely unprofessional! I regret recommending them to my family and friends. Horrible quality and poor workmanship! This matter will be taken further. Edited in June 2024: Fair trading was involved and they have completely ignored all communication from them.
