I'm a beginning rider, trying to understand all my options with brands and bikes. When I went in to ask a few questions, I only managed to get one out before he started lecturing me about how I shouldn't be shopping for the brand that I had been researching. He never asked once where I would be riding, or what experience I had (unlike all the other shops in the Charleston/Huntington area who did in fact want to know how I would be using my bike).
