Not only do they have poor customer service - they have no customer service. I placed an order through another company for several items - one of which was shipped by Companion Caterers. Unfortunately the company shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I tried contacting Companion Caterers immediately to advise them. It would have cost $5 to redirect the shipment before it was delivered. Anyways although I emailed them 3 times, I have never heard from them until after it was returned as undeliverable. Wish I could give 0 stars, avoid this company, like stated by other users took forever to ship my package and when they did they downgraded me to First Class (when I PAID FOR PRIORITY). Dont bother emailing as they don't respond, tried via phone and had them answer once and was told it would ship the next day, but it never did. Don't waste your time with them (Companion Caterers)
Don't do business with these people!!!!!! I placed a order for a Petsafe PDT00-13625 Elite Big Dog Remote Trainer, 3 days later I send them an email asking when they will ship my item, they responded saying it will be shipped in the evening. A week later I get an email stating that shipping made a mistake and they never shipped the item and that they do not even have it in stock!!!!!! Its been 3 more days and i cant get my $$$$$ back and can't get a hold of anyone! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
Slow to respond, Slow to Ship, They had to BACK-ORDER product, then they shipped it to the wrong address.. I am waiting for the product or a refund... I made the purchase on 7/4/14 its now 7/22/14... 18 DAYS.... TERRIBLE SERVICE...
