Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review when I first contacted Compa tax. It was a great experience. The consultation was free, which was good. Gabby seemed like somebody who knew what she was doing and I felt comfortable because this was my first year doing my taxes. After getting all my documents in order to file for 2024, I was told to come in to sign my documents on February 14 And that I should expect something back within 2 to 3 weeks. This is year 3. I contacted Compa in 2021 by researching. I had did my taxes in the past but then I retired from CDCR. I ended up owing for 2020. I needed professional help. These folks informed me of things I was not aware of. I am still paying but the road ahead is much clearer now. Thank you Compa Tax for your professionalism and great service.
Don't recommend, they get you by saying free consultation and over charge based on what you're getting back. If I could I would give ZERO stars never going there again!!!
