Horrible experience and verbally abusive staff. The actual Doctor, McKinney, is never there so you just get a PA that wasn't educated in the US that will lie and say he's the Doctor. They will take your money and tell you to leave and if you ask for a refund they'll threaten to call the police. You can trust anything they say! Don't ever go here even if you have to drive 2 hours to Sacramento.

I drove 75 miles from Redding to this office with my sick baby after calling ahead and confirming multiple times that they accept walk-ins for USCIS civil surgeon medical exams and that the doctor would be available. I was told very clearly over the phone that we could come anytime and that the doctor could start the process for my wife’s immigration medical exam.
