The lady that was working was very much rude and she had an attitude the moment I walked in do not recommend!!!
Completely unethical and unprofessional when it comes to inquiring about their separate office schedules since they run out of two offices in a week. The receptionist was short, ill tempered and condescending when I tried to reschedule an appointment for their Oroville office since the Chico staff is completely impractical. so funny! I was reading the reviews and the response from the clinic is so defensive! instead of apologizing it seems they fight back to patients. It appears the clinic searches the name of the reviewer to see if they were actually patients of them, hahahahaha!! like, now I am afraid my medical information will be share in public. I never saw a doctor, only a nurse practitioner who always blamed the insurance for something. I also had a case manager who always tried to get reports but could never receive anything. After 7 months, I decided to change clinic and immediately received treatment. They are not good on communicating and then they blame others vs their own. I wish they were better and less evasive
The Nurse Practitioner NP Suhas did a horrible job on assessing and providing reports to my insurance. I was left with many months without treatment and he kept saying and blaming the insurance but, in reality, I found out that they were not sending reports and, therefore, nothing was being authorized. The clinic is horrible on communicating and this is the worse experience I ever had with being treated. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.
