I drove 75 miles from Redding to this office with my sick baby after calling ahead and confirming multiple times that they accept walk-ins for USCIS civil surgeon medical exams and that the doctor would be available. I was told very clearly over the phone that we could come anytime and that the doctor could start the process for my wife’s immigration medical exam. This urgent care is an absolute nightmare. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely incapable of doing anything beyond the bare minimum. Ask a question or try to get help, and they act like you're the problem. There's zero teamwork, zero empathy, and zero competence. The wait was ridiculous, and instead of owning their failings, they argue and blame everyone else for the mess they've created. Just look at all the reviews and their own responses to each review.
