This urgent care is an absolute nightmare. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely incapable of doing anything beyond the bare minimum. Ask a question or try to get help, and they act like you're the problem. There's zero teamwork, zero empathy, and zero competence. The wait was ridiculous, and instead of owning their failings, they argue and blame everyone else for the mess they've created. Just look at all the reviews and their own responses to each review. Don't go to this place. Dr. Jeevan prescribed some medication and stated that he will order x-rays and physical therapy. It's been two week's no x-ray orders and no physical therapy. I called my insurance and no request for authorization has been put in. I called COMP twice. I was just told to go into the emergency room. They hadn't put in the order and said that they will get back to me. No telling of when.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I went there two times, the first was OK, however the second time I waited TWO HOURS for a scheduled appointment. You should NOT wait two hours for a scheduled appointment. Especially considering I was in pain if I sat for long periods of time. The front desk, who I believe is the providers wife said that he arrived late that morning pushing all of the appointments back...
