My parents were residents of Assisted Living (AL) and then Long-Term Care (LTC) at the Comox Valley Seniors' Village. They found it hard to move from their home to AL and from there to LTC, but every one of the staff from reception to care-workers, recreation, housekeeping, finance, social worker etc. worked hard to ensure that the transition was made as seamless as possible. The staff at Comex Valley Seniors Village are wonderful! So kind hearted and devoted to making sure everyone is happy and well taken care of. Highly reccommend for anybody looking for a safe, warm, inviting home whether it's for yourself or a loved one.
I have only praise for the Comox Valley Seniors Village and their wonderful staff, from the greeters to the care personnel. My mom has been a resident in the special care dementia section for more than three years. She is treated with so much dignity, compassion and love. Her care is excellent. We are so incredibly happy with the care of our Mom at Comox Valley Seniors Village Long Term Care. The staff are wonderful, kind and so consistent with their care. The facility is bright and lively and there are so many activities each day for the residents to be involved in, including outings to restaurants and scenic drives. We truly could not be happier with CVSV. We HIGHLY recommend having your loved one live here!
