The best reflexology session I've ever had. Theresa was not only extremely knowledgeable, but precisely spot on with problem areas in my body. The pain I had in my foot is literally GONE for the first time ever and I'm simply just in shock...I didn't think it was possible. She gave me some tips/homework on how to help other areas of my body, and even gifted me a tool to aid a certain stretch. I was so relaxed and at ease.
