I had planned on installing a Victron Smarshunt that I acquired in the US a couple months ago but lacked a battery temperature sensor to complete the installation while we were out on our summer cruise in BC. This is an edit to my first review. During the ownership transition of this company, my email to customer service was missed. Anyhow, I did had an issue with an order where parts were missing from the packaging and one item damaged. Owner reached out to me and made thing right. Shipped missed parts and offered a partial refund. Thank you
