Lisa is hands-down the best Mat Pilates instructor I’ve come across!
Being a new mum with back pain because of a light scoliosis and constant breastfeeding, I felt very well looked after! After a few weeks I knew exactly what kind of exercises help me to deal with my tense muscles. Ashley is a very experienced and professional Physio and makes sure that the treatment is effective. The staff is really friendly! Thank you!
