Wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. Joined about a year ago, but one rider (who was fully teleworking) decided to come back, and was making the rest of the riders wait in the afternoon 15-30 minutes for pickup (because she worked late). Prompted for a change in schedule from many of the riders for a new time that worked better for the majority, but was told to wait due to one riders eligibility. We joined them in 2015, had more than the vans capacity signed up as riders paying monthly but worked everyone in with telework days they weren't bad a bad service, they did let the service intervals go a really long time and despite mentioning warped rotors on the breaks they never did fix it. We recommended them to other people we knew and several groups from the Shenandoah Valley area changed to them.
