I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Community America Credit Union Clayton branch was extremely disappointing. Before driving to the branch, I called customer service to ask if I could receive a debit card for my new checking account. I was told that although I have a special type of checking account, I should still be able to visit the branch and receive a debit card on the spot.
