I could not recommend this branch/staff more! Me and my spouse were having problems with a check, and we were in a really tricky situation. We worked with Catherine, who was was so kind, personable and made the experience easy and enjoyable. We cannot thank this branch and Catherine enough for helping us out!
Customer service has started to decline over the past couple of years. Not what it used to be.
Sleezy and Scummy. In an attempt to work with Zainab Imam at the 135th location to add my best friend to my account (who is on my WILL) in the event anything happens to me, he was treated like a criminal or petty thief. They called security! He was patient and delt with it and I complained to the person explaining my long standing with the company but I am closing all accounts on Monday when I am back in town. This bank sucks! No customer service! I been trying to open an account online! Has been nothing but a headache! Been in the process for 4 days of back and forth with documents. So then I come to this bank! Right before closing time. No one acknowledges me except the blonde teller. Then I try speaking with her. She tries to pawn me off on the online shenanigans.
