The Raymore Mo branch is so kind, friendly and helpful! I have a good experience every time I go! Today, after yesterday’s snowstorm their sidewalk and parking lot was dry and cleared of snow! Great customer service! Thanks!
I’ve had excellent service at other branches but this raymore location thee worse. The people standing in the front are rude and very nonchalant.
19 minutes on hold before finally hanging up. Tried direct branch numbers and they all ring to the horrible hold music and the apology "your call is really important to us". Love automated systems that put you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time!
