Everyone at CommunityAmerica is excellent except for one specific person who works in the bill pay/online chat dept. I’ll withhold the name as it’s literally the least I can do. The services are vast, they’re efficient, and generally very helpful regardless of how you access your account. I’ve had many, many years of experience with various credit unions and this one is definitely a top fav. Thanks everyone, ‘cept for the one unmentionable above.

Ever since this bank moved to this location the services have been less accessible. Why is it that I can’t deposit cash into the ATM here? That’s a super standard service offered by almost every bank. It used to be possible through the ATMs in hyvee but now it’s more inconvenient than ever. I need to deposit cash in a Sunday and the lobby isn’t open. So basically unless I drive way out of my way I have no way to access my bank account for deposits. What’s the point?
