The Credit Union is killing me with overdraft and insufficient fund fees. They are nothing but bullies and predators. If you are a low income family do not bank here. They definitely abuse their power.
Veronica was super sweet and helpful during my visit. She answered all of my questions perfectly and was just positive all around. I recommend her!
I needed to do some complicated banking a needed to see one of the ladies at the desk as opposed to a teller. Both ladies had customers so I stood in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the front I told the man behind me to go ahead to the teller as I was waiting for one of the ladies. Then one of the tellers said I had to go sit in the chairs if I needed to see one of them.
