This location was pure disappointment. I felt completely tolerated and not helped...this location felt like a Boyz frat club and not a bank. He seemed irritated with my lack of knowledge. I LEFT THIS LOCATION FEELING ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have been to their various locations but this location WAS THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE 53 YEARS OF GOING TO ANY BANK...his name was Marvin Mendoza the good reviews he has are friends that know him....his service has me in tears....He even made me feel old
Very friendly and professional. The amount of protection you get from the fraud department is unreal. This bank goes beyond what you expect from a typical bank. This will be my bank for life. If I can get people to switch banks to this one then I'm happy. I will try
