They will blame you for other institutions bouncing checks against you and close over a half dozen accounts without notice and claim to have called you which will of course be a lie. Then once pointed out they will refuse to take accountability and look into the matter further and hold you money ransom and tell you you’re SOL would advise against banking at any branch.
I have been with community America since it was YRC credit union that is over 30 yrs. I needed to look at some transactions from Oct 2020-Sep 21 I was told it would take a week and I would have to pay $25 an hr for someone to pull that info. Unfortunately I think it’s time to find a new banking institution. By law they have to keep their records for 5 yrs but because they switched their banking system I no longer have access to the records so now I have to pay to see them. I recommend everyone to CACU but not anymore. I deposited my cash in the atm it had some issues and attempted to return my money. I got most of my money but the machine kept trying to return more. I’m unsure how much I deposited as it was a stack of $1s mostly. In short I got a receipt saying that I should contact the bank for my $ that wasn’t returned. They won’t tell me what I lost, nor will the replace whatever is missing. It could be $1-25… but the machine said it still had my cash and unable to return. The branch here b... read more
