I went from US bank to Community America Credit Union. I can't say enough good things about them. They let you have 4 savings accounts, which you can move money anytime you want without fees. 2 checking accounts, which is so helpful for bill paying. They will help you get a budget set up. They are so helpful financially.
they charge you to keep your money there if you don't deposit regularly. i am 15% down over three months. i made an account to see if i could get a better mortgage rate and didn't use it as my main account. now i know. no they are not better.
ONLINE SYSTEM DOWN/ NOT WORKING WHEN PEOPLE EXPECTING TAX REFUNDS AND CHECKS FROM WORKING IN THEIR ACCOUNTS BY CERTAIN TIMES! NO MESSAGE OR EMAIL WERE SENT TO COMMUNITY AMERICA CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS WHATSOEVER!

There's a real lack of accountability going on that's filtering into the branch and frankly it's unacceptable. I used mobile deposit for two checks. One for $120 and $150. They processed the $150 twice, not me, they did. Then in efforts to correct the mistake deleted one of the deposits. When called on it, they claimed to not have done it even though it's clear as day in the app and I even received an email which they denied was even theirs.
