If I accidentally go over i rush to get the money in there but there's NO GRACE PERIOD. I mean can't ya wait til end of day at least like commerce Bank does before you start rolling out fees. Not all of us are rich.
I've been here for years and I love the customer service and the convenience of getting a replacement debit card while you wait. However I have had people fraudulently get into my account 5 + times now and it's a pain in the butt because they freeze your debit card. So it happened again and I am changing Banks. They let two charges for the same amount for a ESPN subscription back to back. And the charge slid through. Now it's being investigated so hopefully they replenish my account as they did not on a door Dash charge on m... read more
