I appreciate Rachel Morris the branch manager and (I don't remember her name) the beautiful young lady that has skin the color of cream with jet black curly hair. They got my money back on a dispute when someone got ridiculous with my debit card. Professionalism at its finest. So thank you to whomever hired them.

The atm's hardly ever work. The live teller one time gave me 100 bucks free that never came out my account. Then most of the time you cant get the money out. Ignorance. Also money has been missing. Community america is not keeping track. Needs an app that actually works to keep monies secure. Also don't believe that having an account there will improve any credit cuz it does not. Shouldn't of used mahomes or chiefs in any ads.
Went to my local Community America for a small business loan with all of my documents in order. Dealt with personal banker Jacob Pritchett, watch out: he’s rude, talks over you, cuts you off when speaking and just says the same things over and over again. He was unknowledgeable about my loan needs, and when I would ask questions he would repeat himself and not go beyond to have someone assist him with answers, to a point he hung up on me and an insurance agency (who was trying to provide him information he had no clue about)... read more
This bank is pretty horrible. They frequently have technically issues, such as delays processing payroll direct deposits, issues with their mobile banking app, etc. It seems like it's always something. I wish they would get their act together
