Worst bank ever , people that work here are the laziest people you’ll ever encounter the will cuss you out , yell, and do whatever to make your life harder . They’ve since been turned into the attorney general for the malicious acts Find another bank to bank with if I were you
Highest quality of customer service I have ever received in the banking industry and very knowledgeable
I am changing my review since the system conversion. I have spent much time (over 3 1/2 hours on the phone) straightening out the biggest mess I have ever seen in my checking accounts, and in my credit card account. Plus every time I go to the local branch the visit takes 15 to 20 minutes instead of 5 minutes. The original local team is still great, but I do not believe they completely understand the new system. Something was not converted properly. Please fix this mess. I am close to leaving this credit union.
