I wanted to express my gratitude for the extended hours of your branch, which remains open until 7 PM. Recently, I experienced a security issue with my account, and I was able to visit the branch to have my accounts shut down before any further action could be taken by the unauthorized individual. Thank you once again for providing these extended hours. They made a significant difference during a challenging time.

I’m new to credit and it’s pretty confusing to me, but the staff here in Raytown were soooo helpful! Especially Britt, they made it so easy for me to understand and was very helpful and I can’t thank them enough!
They will blame you for other institutions bouncing checks against you and close over a half dozen accounts without notice and claim to have called you which will of course be a lie. Then once pointed out they will refuse to take accountability and look into the matter further and hold you money ransom and tell you you’re SOL would advise against banking at any branch.
We came 2 minutes before closing and stayed 20 minutes late. The man that helped us was so nice. We got exactly what we needed! We miscounted what we got from the ATM and the employee helped us straighten it out. Nicest guy ever. We forgot our receipt and he came out into the parking lot to give it to us.
