I've been banking with them 6+years. Mortgage and auto, savings and checking. Customer service is fantastic. Knowledgeable and friendly. 5 Stars isn't enough, I'd give them a 7!!
I've banked with cwcu for years now. Never really had to ask them for anything, THANKFULLY. Day before yesterday I tried transferring money to another account (less than 2k) I have at a different bank. They told me what to do on the phone, I did exactly that. They instead of calling me about the transaction decide to email to "confirm" and then Cancel it at exactly 5 o'clock so I can't be helped further.
