I didn't know before working with Community West Bank that getting a loan could be so genuinely easy and painless. We worked with Noah G., and he was knowledgeable, patient, straightforward, transparent, and immediately responsive in a way that I didn't think was possible with a commercial bank. This places actually cares about its customers in a way that reminds me of living in the Midwest again. Thank you Noah.
I do like sharing my experiences with different businesses. And do not like giving bad reviews. But, trying to pay off a loan that I have. Keep leaving messages. No one will return my phone calls. Have to say, they need to work on there costumer service.
I became a CWB client when living in Santa Barbara. Then in moving to the SLO area, eventually this branch opened up (and now I believe one is also in Paso). If you want a small and personal minded bank, I'd wholly advocate checking them out. Happy with their friendly and able assistance with my personal and business checking accounts. Always responsive if there is an issue.
People - don’t waist your time, avoid this bank. Very unprofessional staff “works” there((
