Horrible to work with. Just a checking account is a nightmare here. Look elsewhere, or you'll be kicking yourself within 3 months. I guess as long as you ONLY bank in person, M-T between 10 and 2, never have to ask them to return a call, never have to do a transfer, never have to make a purchase via debit greater than $1k, never even THINK about using e-banking, never try to check account info via phone, and LOVE being treated like garbage by someone who appears to have majored in eye rolling, it might work for you.
