The hours of operation need improvement but other than that. ... I love this bank! !!!! Can't complain a bit outside of the hours of office availability
The employees are excellent and extremely helpful
The staff here are extremely helpful and kind. Gave me great advice on handling an incident where a certain company was trying to get money out of my acct that I did not authorize and said company gave all my money back. Also, I had a credit card acct taken out two payments in one month through no error of mine. Said company sent me a check for unintended payment and credit union took back any overdraft fees my acct accrued. I have great regards for these people and wholeheartedly recommend them.
Very rude people.... my wife has been there over 15 years and the new people there are the rudest I have ever experienced.
