Haven’t been able to access my money in the app for months, app will freeze on the logo and then bring me back to my Home Screen. Did it on this phone, my last phone, and it’s the only app that does this. Does it on my girlfriend’s phone too. Trying to navigate the online banking on a phone is quite the inconvenience as well.
The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful, they offer coin counting and notary services for free for their members. Plenty of parking and have a drive thru
I never leave reviews but Beth and the gals at the front desk are amazing. I had a strange financial situation that I had never dealt with before and the ladies were so kind and helpful and really saved me from a devastating financial situation with their creative solutions without judgement.
