Had to deal with this branch for my fathers estate account, I was not impressed at all with this bank. I would not use them if I didn't had t oat the time...
Listen I get working with the public is hard, and people need to vent, but please make sure either your microphone is completely off, or your customer is out of earshot. It’s quite embarrassing and appalling to hear what this branch’s employees had to say about me, and I only caught the first half. I couldn’t imagine what else they had to say. Just some advice.
