Horrible experience with this branch and the main office . Attempted to reach out the branch manager several timesand she would not speak to me. New president would not speak to me. The previous president-Jean Hale would have . I have been banking here since 1978, worked at main office before college, my parents still bank there and my Grandfather was on the board until passing . I am moving my accounts. I am horrified on my overall treatment. The only person who truly cared was Bonnie at the main office in the drive thru.. ... read more
The people here are friendly, they worked with me converting my late fathers account over to an estate account, however now they are drive thru only due to lack of employees.
Brandon made the loan process as easy and straightforward as possible. We would definitely recommend this bank to anyone, especially working with Brandon.
