So I was seeing my counselor today and my counselor said I could wait in the waiting room until my ride come and someone from the bank come out and tell me I cannot wait there and I called to talk to the manager to complain about it and I was told that she would call me back but she never did. I don’t appreciate Being lied to
Understaffed, closes early and closed on weekends. Now recently phones left unanswered.
